When will my coffee be roasted?
To ensure maximum freshness, we roast our beans in small batches every Tuesday and Thursday. Your order will typically ship within 24-48 hours of roasting.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our international shipping options in the near future.
Can I return coffee beans if I don't like the taste?
Because coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days and we will make it right.
How should I store my Merit Coffee?
We recommend storing your beans in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer, as moisture and odors can compromise the flavor profile.
What is the difference between your light and dark roasts?
Our light roasts emphasize the unique characteristics of the bean's origin with higher acidity, while our dark roasts offer a bolder, smoky body with caramelized sweetness.
