At Merit Coffee, we want you to love every brew, but due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, we cannot accept returns on beans. If you are unsatisfied with your equipment or apparel purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition.
Return Process
- 1.Check Eligibility
Ensure your item is non-perishable, unused, and in its original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer experience team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a return authorization.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely package your items and use the provided shipping label or your preferred carrier to send the package back to our roasting facility.
- 4.Receive Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
